Our Story

Epicbnb, founded by Steph Utterback, was established in 2015 in Nashville, TN. She started her first short term rental property in an 800 sqft. East Nashville back-house (photographed) and fell in love with the art of hosting. Years later, Epicbnb is one of the leading quality hospitality companies with a strong team dedicated to co-hosting, maintaining properties to Epic standards, and providing an excellent experience for guests.
