We are a Nashville based hospitality company that manages 60+ short term rentals (Airbnbs/Vrbos) in Nashville & Franklin.
We are looking for a responsible and reliable person to join the team as a Communications Specialist. The primary function of this role is to serve as the Primary point of contact for guests, delivering clear, timely, and accurate communication. Your primary role will be to respond promptly to inquiries, booking requests, and general guest correspondence
Candidates Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, work well within a team, and communicate effectively
- Needs an up to date computer and hi-speed wifi
- Computer skills (Google Office Suite, on-line phone system, property management software)
- Experience in a guest-centric role, preferably in hospitality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and resolve guest issues with professionalism and tact
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Familiarity with booking platforms and reservations systems is a plus
- Background check required
Job Requirements:
- Facilitate the booking process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests
- Utilize various software systems
- Provide detailed information about properties, amenities, and booking policies
- Proactively address and resolve any mid-stay issues to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate and Document with on and off-site team members to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns during their stay
- Conduct post-stay follow-up communication to gather feedback and ensure guest satisfaction
- Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on guest feedback
- Work closely with other team members to share guest insights and enhance overall service
- Collaborate with property owners to address specific guest needs and preferences
- Ensure consistency in communication and service quality across all guest interactions
- Implement and uphold brand standards for communication and guest experience
Weekly Schedule
- 3-4 days a week (shifts are from 8am CST - 2pm CST/ 2pm CST - 8pm CST)
- Must be available to work some evenings (to 8PM CST), some weekends and some holidays.
- Must be available for weekly remote Team Meetings
- 15-20 hours per week to start.
