Visual Property Standards Reference

We are as picky as our pickiest guest—this sets everyone up for success. Search our properties with any random dates (further out 3-night minimum recommended) to see ideal reference photos of our property standards. Still unsure if your property fits our criteria? Below is our visual guide to help decide if we're the right match. When in doubt, simply send us photos of your property—there's no harm in asking! We have teams that can help get your property to standard if you are interest.

Cabinetry: Dated vs. Modern

We understand "style" is subjective, but unless the overall theme of your property is "old world" throughout and has a cohesive design, we are looking for updated cabinetry that feels fresh and doesn't show signs of wear and tear.

Countertops: Worn vs. Fresh

Countertops are high-impact visual elements that guests interact with daily. We require surfaces that are current in style (typically solid surface, quartz, or well-maintained granite), without stains, chips, burns, or visible seams.

Flooring: Aged vs. New

Flooring creates an immediate impression of cleanliness and quality. We accept only flooring that appears new, whether hardwood, luxury vinyl, or tile. No visible wear patterns (unless intentional), scratches, stains, missing or dirty grout, or dated materials like linoleum or worn carpeting.

Walls/Ceilings: Cracked/Damaged vs. Flawless

Walls and ceilings must be in pristine condition without cracks, stains, or visible repairs. Textured surfaces should be intentional design elements, not patch jobs or outdated finishes. Baseboards damage/scuff free.

Kitchen Fixtures: Rusted/Worn vs. Premium/New

Kitchen fixtures (faucets, handles, sinks) must be modern, spotless, and free from corrosion, water stains, or signs of wear. These details significantly impact guest perception of cleanliness and quality.

Bathroom Fixtures: Stained/Dated vs. Pristine/Contemporary

Bathroom fixtures must sparkle and appear new. No calcium deposits, rust, discoloration, or dated finishes. Shower heads, faucets, and hardware should be current in style and function flawlessly.
